Start a Group Assessment

Bring your team together to complete the Access Framework Assessment and receive a combined group summary report once all responses are in.

The group assessment allows multiple team members within your organization to complete the Access Framework Assessment individually. Once everyone has submitted their responses, you, as the group lead, can generate your Group Summary Report with a single click. This provides a consolidated view of your team’s scores across all 12 determinants, helping highlight areas of alignment and opportunity.

How it Works

1. Complete the short set up form below.

2. You’ll receive a unique group link to share with your team.

3. Team members complete the assessment individually.

4. In your confirmation email, you’ll also receive a “Generate Report” link.

5. Once all submissions have been completed, simply click that link to create and receive your Group Summary Report by email.

Confidentiality Note

Individual responses remain confidential. Only combined averages and summary scores appear in the Group Summary Report.
